Finland — Special Investment Fund eQ Finnish Real Estate has acquired the shopping centre Malmin Nova in Helsinki from a fund managed by Savills Investment Management.

Finland — On behalf of Warburg-HIH Invest, TH Real Estate has sold an office property in Helsinki to eQ Finnish Real Estate, a Finnish property fund managed by eQ Asset Management. The purchase price amounts to approximately EUR 21 million.
