Sweden — Bonava is selling and starting production of a project comprising 194 rental apartments in Berlin to a Berlin-based company. The total value of the transaction is EUR 45 million, and the buyer finances the project, why cash flow is positive from the start. The start of production constitutes the first phase of the new Gartenstadt Karlshorst district, where Bonava will construct some 500 housing units over time.

Sweden — Bonava is selling 94 rental apartments in Leipzig and 60 rental apartments in Dusseldorf, Germany, to the investor Industria. The transaction was closed during end of December 2022 and the amount is EUR 50 million. The first units are scheduled for completion and handover to customers in the second half of 2025.
