Denmark — Northern Horizon, specialized healthcare real estate investor, has signed a deal with Danish developer Scandinavian Property Development to purchase a care home under construction in Hørsholm, Denmark. Once completed in the summer of 2025, the care home is expected to achieve DGNB Gold certification. Attendo A/S will operate the care home.
