Sweden — Folksam Fastigheter has renegotiated and extended the lease agreement with the Schibsted Group in Kungsbrohuset in central Stockholm. The new lease agreement is valid until 31 December 2033 and covers a total of just over 16,000 square meters.

Norway — In the Vestby logistics park in the Oslo region, Logicenters has signed a lease agreement with Schibsted Norway. The long-term lease is for 30,500 sqm, on Toveien 21, and is in the final stages of the property purchased by Ferd in 2021. Schibsted is expected to move in between March and June 2023.
