Finland — The Helsinki District Court in Finland dismissed the charges against one of Skanska’s subsidiaries, Skanska Talonrakennus Oy, and the demand for a corporate fine. The case involves a former real estate manager of the Finnish company HOK-Elanto and is about assessing certain sports sponsorship payments that Skanska Talonrakennus Oy has made before 2013. The decision can be appealed.
