Finland — As the portfolio manager for the open-ended special AIF Vontobel Sustainable Real Estate Europe, Quadoro Doric has acquired the building "Diana" with apartments, offices and retail space in Helsinki. This is the AIF‘s first acquisition in Finland. The seller is the Svenska Folkskolans Vänner R.F. foundation.
