Norway — NCC has been contracted by the Norwegian Directorate of Public Construction and Property to build a new district court house in Tönsberg in south-eastern Norway. The order value is approximately SEK 170 million.

Norway — Obos has awarded Veidekke the contract to also build the third stage of the Teieparken residential project in Tønsberg. This involves the construction of 167 environmentally certified homes in four stages of construction that will be initiated as sales progress.

Norway — Peab has been commissioned to build 64 apartments in Tønsberg in southeast Norway. The customer is Selvaag Bolig and the contract is worth NOK 103 million.

Norway — Hemfosa Fastigheter acquires Tunsberghus Eiendom AS in central Tønsberg municipality in Norway at an underlying property value of EUR 12.7M. Hemfosa already owns the Statens Park area in Tønsberg.
