Finland — Varma has commissioned the construction of a hotel expansion in connection with the Flamingo entertainment centre in Vantaa’s Aviapolis area and will rent the new wing to Sokotel Oy under a long-term lease agreement. The expansion will house approximately 230 hotel rooms.
