Sweden — Tomas Carlsson, who has been appointed as the new President and CEO of NCC, will assume the position on May 7th, nearly two months earlier than planned. Tomas Carlsson is currently employed at the listed architecture and engineering consultancy Sweco.

Sweden — The Board of Directors of NCC has decided to replace the Group’s CEO Peter Wågström in order to increase focus on the construction and civil engineering operations. Recruitment of a new CEO will commence immediately. Håkan Broman, who has served as General Counsel at NCC for many years, will assume the position of acting CEO as of October 30 until such time as a new CEO is in place.

Sweden — NCC, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, is planning to distribute NCC Housing to shareholders in 2016 in accordance with the rules of Lex ASEA. In the event of a spin-off, NCC’s shareholders will receive shares in the new housing development company instead of cash dividends.

Sweden — During the autumn, NCC will present a new strategy for the next five years that includes an increased focus on growth in the areas of construction and civil engineering in the Nordic region. Accordingly, the Board of NCC has decided on a new organization. In addition, the Board has tasked the management with investigating the possibility of creating an independent, stock market listed, residential development company based on the existing NCC Housing business area.
