Sweden — Niam, one of the largest private property owners in the Nordics, has acquired a 24,500 sqm office building in Gothenburg from Torslanda Property Investment.

Sweden — Söderport Holding, which is owned equally by Nyfosa and Sagax, has today, through a subsidiary, agreed to transfer six properties in Torslanda to the listed one-property company Torslanda Property Investment.
