Finland — One of the largest retail transactions in Finnish history took place when a Morgan Stanley fund purchased the Itis shopping center from Wereldhave for EUR 516M. Janne Eriksson, Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield Finland – who was the seller's advisor in the transaction, sees opportunities for more large retail transactions going forward.
