Nordika becomes major shareholder in Norwegian KMC Properties

Norway Norway — KMC Properties has agreed with Nordika for an equity injection, enabling further growth and financing of the acquisition of seven new properties. Nordika will invest NOK 275 million (EUR 24.4 million) at a price of NOK 5.5 (EUR 0.49) per share, representing 12.7 percent of the shares outstanding in KMC. Nordika will, after the issuance, be the third largest owner of KMC.

The Tvenge family has purchased two of Oslo's most iconic properties

Norway Norway — The Tvenge family has, through the Fram Eiendom companies Titas Eiendom AS and Fram Realinvest AS, acquired two of Oslo's most iconic properties located at Henrik Ibsens gate 53 and Inkognitogata 34, with a gross property value of NOK 425 million (EUR 36.7 million). Both properties were sold by Nordea Liv Eiendom AS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nordea Liv Norge AS.

NREP Sells Eleven Properties to Blackstone

Nordic — NREP is now selling 11 selected logistics properties in the Nordics. The divestment will enable a strategic renewal of the Logicenters portfolio, including investments in new developments and acquisitions across the Nordics.
