Norway — Balder has signed an agreement to acquire Norwegian industrial real estate company Asset Buyout Partners (ABP), a portfolio company of Hitec Vision.

Norway — Asset Buyout Partners purchases Norway’s largest oil base from the Swedish private equity fund EQT for approximately EUR 410M.
