Sweden — Akka Egendom has agreed on the acquisition of 21 properties, located in Eslöv, Klippan and Örkelljunga, from Heimstaden Bostad. The portfolio comprises a total of just over 32,000 square meters, of which approximately 26,500 square meters pertain to BOA distributed over 395 apartments.

Sweden — Möller & Partners and Alma Property Parthers has together with Apoteket AB’s Pensionsstiftelse, Allmänna Arvsfonden and PRI Pensionsgaranti established Akka Egendom, a housing company for long term management of rental housing in Sweden.
