Sweden — Prologis will expand its logistics facilities in Airport City Stockholm by 7,500 square meters on a speculative basis. The construction will add a third unit, Unit 3, to the already-existing DC1 facility at Prologis Park Arlanda.

Sweden — NCC has been commissioned by Swedavia to construct Sky City Office One, a 20,000-square-meter, eight-story office building directly adjacent to Terminals 4 and 5 at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. The order is worth an estimated MSEK 460 (EUR 48.3M).
