Norway — The Catella company Tre Kronor has made their first Norwegian investment by acquiring 13 properties.

Sweden — Two hundred clients of Catella and its distributor partners have subscribed for shares in newly formed company Tre Kronor Property Investment AB (publ), which through a subsidiary has acquired a portfolio of 72 grocery properties in southern Sweden.
