Tre Kronor Makes First Norwegian Acquisition

Norway Norway The Catella company Tre Kronor has made their first Norwegian investment by acquiring 13 properties.

In addition to the 13 properties in Norway, Tre Kronor has also acquired four Swedish properties. The acquisitions amounts to SEK 495M (EUR 48M).

The company has completed a directed equity issue.

"We are very pleased that, through the directed equity issue, both have secured financing for acquisitions in Sweden and Norway and at the same time expanded the shareholders' circle with several major investors. This is in line with Tre Kronor's goal of conducting acquisitions that create shareholder value and strengths dividend per share" says Bernt-Olof Gustafsson, Chairman of the Board at Tre Kronor Property Investment.
