Skanska has sold the multi-family building C.F. Møllers Have in Copenhagen, Denmark, for DKK 520M, approximately EUR 70 million. The buyer is Home Earth Group Holding A/S. The transaction will be booked in the Commercial Property Development business line in the fourth quarter of 2024. The property will be occupied on January 31, 2025.

The property is located in Ørestad, Copenhagen, close to the metro. It has a living area of​​12,000 square meters and consists of 156 rental apartments and two smaller commercial premises. The building was completed in December 2023. All residential apartments are rented.

C.F. Møllers Have is certified DGNB Gold. It is a building with a shared courtyard and orangery where all apartments have a balcony or private terrace. The underground parking garage also has space for bicycles. A public parking lot with 125 spaces is leased to By & Havn on a thirty-year agreement.
