Alma Property Partners and Rubik Properties have added the sixth property to their joint venture company, which focuses on investment in industrial and warehouse properties in Greater Copenhagen.
The new property is located at Kirstinehøj 46 in Kastrup. The property has a rent-bearing area of 5,653 square meters and a registered area of 10,906 square meters. The property is located in a large industrial area in Amager close to Copenhagen Airport and is let to a residential tenant.
