CBRE advised the pension consortium 'Dansk Ejendomsfond I' owned by Velliv, Pædagogernes Pension (PBU) and AP Pension regarding the sale of a large logistics portfolio to Blackstone managed funds.

 

The portfolio is approx. 90,000 sq m and is located in Greater Copenhagen and the Triangle Region.
