A planned change is now being implemented with new directors for the business areas Building Denmark and Property Development. The changes will come into effect in the new year.

NCC in Denmark will have two new directors in the new year. Lars Scheibel, who comes with more than 25 years of experience from NCC, will replace Palle Bjerre Rasmussen as director of Building Denmark. Lars comes from a position as director of Construction East in Building Denmark.

In addition, Kristian Krogh will take on the role of director of Property Development in Denmark. Kristian has many years of experience from several contractors, developers and most recently as a self-employed person. He replaces Ole Faurby, who is retiring this summer.

“I am pleased that we can ensure continuity with a smooth transition in these two important areas. The new forces will help ensure continued growth for NCC in Denmark, and I am completely confident that this will happen with Lars and Kristian at the helm,” says Palle Bjerre Rasmussen, who will be director of Building Denmark until the turn of the year and has since been given a newly created Nordic position. Here, he will focus on operational business development in Denmark, Norway and Finland as part of strengthening growth and development across the countries.

The two new directors will also join NCC's Danish Country Board, which is the highest business coordinating body in Denmark. The other members remain Director of NCC Industry in Denmark, Lars Vester, and Director of NCC Infrastructure in Denmark, Flemming Carlsen.

The new management will take over as of 1 January 2025.
