The property, Kamilliehuset, was completed in 2022 and comprises 145 residential units, offering a total of 13,397 sqm of residential space. Including commercial spaces at 1,079 sqm and parking at 5,483 sqm, the property spans 19,959 sqm in total. Kamilliehuset is centrally located, just 900 metres from Rødovre Centrum, and is conveniently close to schools, shopping facilities, and public transport.

The transaction was completed by late December 2024.
