With over 15 years of experience in property and project development as well as leading large teams and strategic development initiatives, Christian Wæver brings a strong combination of practical experience and visionary leadership.

Christian Wæver comes from a position as Development Director at NCC Property Development. Here, he led significant residential and commercial projects and contributed to the development of DGNB-certified projects and new concepts for sustainable living communities and flexible office solutions. His in-depth knowledge of the market and his experience in creating and leading partnerships with investors, authorities and advisors will be crucial for ALFA Development’s growth in Denmark.
