The partnership aims to develop modern and attractive logistics and warehouse facilities over the coming years. OAC and Nrep are already in dialogue with several potential tenants for upcoming development projects.

Gardermoen has established itself as Norway’s most attractive logistics and distribution hub, with close proximity to Oslo Airport and major highways such as the E6 and E16. The Logistics Park is centrally located in Gardermoen Business Park, one of the largest development areas in Norway.

Currently, Gardermoen Business Park houses nearly 280,000 sqm of logistics, warehouse, and retail facilities, with an additional 100,000 sqm under development. Key tenants in the area include COOP, Porsche, Mowi, Felleskjøpet, OneMed, GF Logistikk, Møller, Grieg Seafood, Volvo, and Sport 1.

“The Logistics Park is one of the few remaining large scale development areas for logistics, warehousing, and retail in the Greater Oslo region.
