Norway — Real estate investor Nrep has acquired Comfort Hotel Karl Johan, a 260-room hotel in the heart of Oslo, from CBRE Investment Management. Featuring a bar in the backyard terrace and fitness room, the hotel is centrally located within a 2-minute walk from Oslo Central Station and is surrounded by many of the city’s best shops and restaurants.

Norway — In the last 12 months, the Nordic real estate investor has brought in Jannick Huseth from Solon, Harald Haakonsen from Nordanö, Ruben Krantz Kringstad from Colliers and Jacob Sandberg Gjems-Onstad from Bulk. Over the next few months, Kristian Aarflot-Nyrud from Ragde, Isabel J. Johansen from Arctic and two analysts are on their way in to further strengthen the Norwegian team. With this, NREP has more than doubled its presence in the Norwegian market.

Norway — Logicenters is now scaling up and expanding its presence in Vestby, Norway, with a new land acquisition in the area totalling 27,000 sqm. The logistics property player is then expected to develop a logistics facility of approximately 13,500 sqm at the newly acquired site, which is centrally located in Vestby Business Park.
