Mikael Hultqvist has extensive and solid experience from leading positions in the construction and property sector. He comes most recently from the role of CEO of Serneke Sweden and has previously worked for 14 years at Peab in various management positions.

Miikka Suominen, from the new owner company Mutares, and chairman of the board of Serneke Sweden will assume the role of acting CEO.
