Sweden — Mikael Hultqvist is leaving his position as CEO of Serneke Sweden to become SVP Property Management with overall responsibility for property management and property development at Pandox. He will be part of Pandox's group management and will begin his employment no later than June 2025. In connection with Mikael Hultqvist leaving Serneke, Miikka Suominen from the new owner company Mutares will take over as acting CEO.
