The total agreed property value amounts to SEK 245 million (EUR 21 million), with a total lettable area of circa 15,600 sqm. The property is fully let to several tenants, with an average remaining lease term of circa 6 years. The annual net operating income is estimated to SEK 18 million (EUR 1.6 million), corresponding to an initial yield of 7.3 percent. Closing of the transaction is expected to take place on the 28th of November 2024.
