Niam acquires office property in central Stockholm

Sweden Sweden — Niam has signed an agreement to acquire the office property Smultronet 6 on Fleminggatan in central Stockholm from Union Investment. The property comprises approximately 11,000 square meters of leasable space and was previously mostly occupied by HSB, which vacated before the summer. Niam will now develop the property into modern office solutions, contributing to the continual positive development of office spaces on Kungsholmen.

Niam Acquires Two Commuter Hubs from Grosvenor Europe

Niam Acquires Haninge Centrum from Grosvenor

Sweden Sweden — Niam has entered into a binding agreement with Grosvenor Europe for the purchase of Haninge Centrum, a local commuter hub, in direct connection to the bus and commuter train station only 30 minutes away from central Stockholm. The total lettable area is just over 43,000 sqm and the property includes 750 parking spaces.

Logistic Contractor Divests Property for MSEK 900 to Niam

Sweden Sweden — Logistic Contractor, which is part of the Wästbygg Group, has signed an agreement with Niam. Niam acquires, through one of its funds, a logistics facility under production in Farsta south of Stockholm. The transaction is being carried out as a forward commitment, where Niam will take over the property when it is completed during the first quarter of 2022. The purchase price amounts to approximately SEK 900 million.
