Finland — Sato announces a EUR 300 million senior unsecured bond issue under its EMTN programme. The bonds have been offered to European investors and will be issued on 7 April 2020.

Sweden — Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden has successfully issued a EUR 300M perpetual hybrid bond in the European debt capital markets.

Norway — Capman Nordic Real Estate fund has acquired a mixed use commercial property located at St. Olavs Gate 23 in central Oslo from Aberdeen.

Denmark — Capman Nordic Real Estate fund has acquired a residential property located at Frederiks Allé 75 in central Aarhus.

Denmark — M7 Real Estate announces that it has acquired a portfolio of 76 assets across Denmark from Danske Bank. M7 will act as asset manager through its Copenhagen based team.

Denmark — Life insurance company Standard Life, listed in London, purchases Danske Bank’s headquarters in Copenhagen for DKK 1,4 billion (€188M).

Finland — Sponda Plc has signed a loan agreement for 5 years for €115M with Danske Bank Plc. The arrangement extends the loan original maturity from July 2015 to April 2020. The loan is unsecured. The latest drawdown date of the loan will be in July 2015.

Finland — A Finnish institutional joint venture led by SRV is set to launch construction of €480M REDI Shopping Centre in Helsinki.
