Denmark Denmark — ATP Ejendomme and NCC have signed an agreement to refurbish and expand Nordea’s former headquarters in Copenhagen, converting it into the Hilton Copenhagen City Center. The contract is valued at approximately MSEK 825 (EUR 78M).
