Sweden — Tobin Properties has signed an acquisition deal of thirty joined house plots encompassing 35,000 sqm land in Nacka. The point of the acquisition is to, together with Nacka, develop a new district and through a new detail plan modification enable new productions of approximately 600-700 apartments.
