The area is located along Birkavägen, between Sickla and Nacka Forum, right next door to the future subway station.

The purchase price is dependent on the final amount of building rights. The agreements are conditioned upon a lawful detail plan.
 
Angermann Sweden and Glimstedt has represented the seller in the deal.
