Sweden — SBB sells 18,500 sqm of building rights to a consortium led by local entrepreneurs and the local construction company Peterson and Hansson. The price for the building rights is SEK 5,250 per sqm at the time of completion and an additional SEK 2,000 per sqm in connection with the construction being completed.

Sweden — K-Fastigheter has entered into an agreement with Handelshuset de Roxen AB on the acquisition of land in Falkenberg Municipality.

Finland — Hemfosa acquires a community service property in Turku at an underlying property value of about EUR 16M. The company will also acquire three properties in Sweden at an underlying property value of EUR 10M.

Sweden — Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget created by Ilija Batljan purchases a large urban development project in Falkenberg. The total investment will be approximately €260 M (SEK 2,5 billion).
