Finland — YIT and Fennia have signed a contract for the sale of the Maistraatinportti office building located in Länsi-Pasila, Helsinki. The office property will be purchased for a real estate investment portfolio managed by S-Bank Properties Ltd. The buyer in the transaction is an investment company belonging to the Fennia real estate portfolio. Maistraatinportti is YIT’s self-developed renovation site, with approximately 12,400 sqm of versatile office space and services.

Finland — Fennia Mutual Insurance Company, managed by S-Bank Properties, divested an office property in Pasila, Helsinki to funds managed by Swiss Life Asset Managers Nordic.

Finland — Terrieri Kiinteistöt Ky property fund, managed by Fennia, and A. Ahlström Kiinteistöt Oy have established a joint company and will develop a 23,000 square meters commercial property in the Åby area in Vantaa.

Finland — Five companies have signed a letter of intent on the establishment of a joint venture for the implementation of the Mall of Tripla in central Pasila, Helsinki. The overall value of the shopping mall and the parking facility is approximately € 600 M.
