The property will be entirely occupied by Cramo Finland, which will relocate its head office in the property. In addition to the head office building, the project also comprises warehouse, logistics and industrial premises. Jatke Oy will be the main contractor of the project. The property is expected to be completed in spring 2021.

Fennia will manage the joint company and is responsible for the development project.
