Sweden — Panattoni has started the construction of its first project in Gothenburg. Fredrik Jagersjö Rosell, Managing Director at Panattoni Sweden, tells Nordic Property News about the development in Gothenburg, how to view the Gothenburg market, the growth plans in Sweden, the possibility of taking on more brownfield projects and about the start for Panattoni in Denmark.

Sweden — Panattoni has entered the Swedish market in a short time. Now the first building is ready and it now remains to find a tenant. Fredrik Jagersjö Rosell, Managing Director Sweden at Panattoni says that in that search they are influenced by the fact that the companies, unlike Panattoni themselves, are having difficulties making investment decisions.

Sweden — Panattoni has acquired a property from Företagsparken with the possibility of building a logistics facility of approx. 14,300 square meters. Through the purchase, Panattoni strengthens its establishment in the Gothenburg region. Nordic Property News had a chat with Panattoni's Sweden CEO, Fredrik Jagersjö Rosell, about the investment and the plans going forward.

Nordic — Panattoni's journey in 2023 will consist of several developments at the same time. Partly all projects that are already under construction. At the same time as the first completed building in Enköping, Sweden, will be inaugurated in October. CEO Fredrik Jagersjö Rosell believes that even though they have set high targets for how much area they should produce per year, the economy will leave its mark on the company's progress in Sweden.
