Sweden — Catena will be investing SEK 193 million in E-city Engelholm after signing an agreement with Boozt Fashion AB regarding a new logistics facility in the area.

Sweden — Catena has signed a seven-year lease of 30,400 sqm with Nowaste Logistics. The property is scheduled to be put into use on September 1st 2018. The annual rent amounts to approximately MSEK 18 (EUR 1.9M).
