Catena owns a plot of approximately 270,000 land on Tostarp industry area outside of Helsingborg. Here they have the opportunity to construct a logistics area of approximately 105,000 sqm and the new Nowaste building will be located in the middle of a logistics cluster with the best billboard spot adjacent to the E6 highway.
