Helsehuset on Gardermoen Campus Fully Leased

Norway Norway — In October 2015, Hemfosa's and Aspelin Ramm`s joint venture Gardermoen Campus Utvikling (GCU) signed an agreement to develop a local medical center on Gardermoen Campus near Oslo, Norway, adjacent to the specialist hospital the company began building in September of this year. The local medical center, or Helsehus, is now fully leased and its future tenants include a healthcare operation for inhabitants of four neighboring municipalities.

Norway Norway — Swedish Hemfosa is further strengthening its presence in community service properties in Norway with the development of a new health campus and the construction of a heart and lung hospital in a central location by Oslo Airport Gardermoen. Hemfosa is investing approximately SEK 1 billion (€110M) in the project, which will be carried out in partnership with the Norwegian property development company Aspelin Ramm.
