Sweden — Hemfosa is strengthening its transaction department through the recruitment of an additional experienced employee. Jonny Göthberg will complement the company's transaction team by contributing wide-ranging transaction expertise, particularly in community service properties, combined with experience of business development and property management.

Sweden — Hemfosa has signed a lease for previously vacant floor space in the Tulpanen 3 property in Mölndal, Sweden, and is investing in tenant-specific modifications. This major new lease and refurbishment comprise a key step in rejuvenating Mölndal's Södra Porten business park.

Finland — Hemfosa Fastigheter acquires a further three community service properties in Finland at a value of approximately €53 M (MSEK 500).

Norway — Hemfosa is acquiring the Statens Park area in the Municipality of Tønsberg, south of Oslo, in a transaction that includes nine properties and a parking garage. The underlying property value is MSEK 420 (€ 46 M).

Norway — In October 2015, Hemfosa's and Aspelin Ramm`s joint venture Gardermoen Campus Utvikling (GCU) signed an agreement to develop a local medical center on Gardermoen Campus near Oslo, Norway, adjacent to the specialist hospital the company began building in September of this year. The local medical center, or Helsehus, is now fully leased and its future tenants include a healthcare operation for inhabitants of four neighboring municipalities.

Finland — Hemfosa, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, is taking an important step toward becoming a broader Nordic player in community service properties with the acquisition of two such properties in Helsinki for MSEK 500 (€43M).

Sweden — Hemfosa is continuing to strengthen its position in the community service properties segment. Through the acquisition of 43 healthcare properties in central Sweden and the divestment of four logistics/industrial properties, the company is further streamlining its property portfolio.

Sweden — Söderport Fastigheter, which is owned in equal shares by Hemfosa and Sagax, has divested eight properties in three separate transactions. The combined selling price amounts to MSEK 154 (€16 M).

Norway — Hemfosa and Aspelin Ramm have signed an agreement to develop a local medical center at Gardermoen Airport, located near Oslo, adjacent to the specialist hospital the company began building in September 2015.

Sweden — Lars Thagesson, COO and one of Hemfosa's founders, will transition to a role as external adviser to the company. At the same time, Karim Sahibzada, Head of Legal and also a co-founder of Hemfosa, will leave the Group to pursue other opportunities.

Sweden — Hemfosa has acquired the community service property in Karlstad with Internationella Engelska Skolan as tenant. The seller is Karlstad municipality.

Norway — Hemfosa Fastigheter acquires additional community service properties in Norway for approximately €30,8M.

Norway — Swedish Hemfosa is further strengthening its presence in community service properties in Norway with the development of a new health campus and the construction of a heart and lung hospital in a central location by Oslo Airport Gardermoen. Hemfosa is investing approximately SEK 1 billion (€110M) in the project, which will be carried out in partnership with the Norwegian property development company Aspelin Ramm.

Sweden — Hemfosa has owned Ribby Ängar together with Bygg-Fast and the divestment relates to the Ribby 1:478 property in Västerhaninge, which comprises 148 completed residential units and the remaining housing development rights in the area on the Ribby 1:480 and 1:481 properties.
