Söderport divests eight properties

Sweden — Söderport Fastigheter, which is owned in equal shares by Hemfosa and Sagax, has divested eight properties in three separate transactions. The combined selling price amounts to MSEK 154 (€16 M).

The properties are located in Hallstahammar, Karlsborg, Mariestad, Gislaved, Eksjö, Kristianstad and Sölvesborg.

The largest deal is an industrial and office property in Hallstahammar, which is sold to Bulten (a supplier of fasteners for the international automotive industry) för MSEK 113 (€12 M).

Bulten has been conducting operations for many years in Hallstahammar at the current property and is today the head tenant of the property.

Hemfosa’s capital gain totals MSEK 8. The properties will be relinquished in the fourth quarter of 2015 and the first quarter of 2016.
