Sweden — Frentab Fastigheter expands its portfolio through the acquisition of two strategically located industrial properties in Arninge, Täby, from KMC Properties.

Norway — KMC Properties has agreed with Nordika for an equity injection, enabling further growth and financing of the acquisition of seven new properties. Nordika will invest NOK 275 million (EUR 24.4 million) at a price of NOK 5.5 (EUR 0.49) per share, representing 12.7 percent of the shares outstanding in KMC. Nordika will, after the issuance, be the third largest owner of KMC.

Norway — KMC Properties ASA, a real estate company focusing on industrial and logistic properties, announces that it has acquired an industrial property with a 12-year lease agreement at Mongstad, Norway, from Ragde Eiendom AS for a consideration of approximately NOK 285 million.

Norway — Storm Real Estate announces that it has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the issued and outstanding shares in KMC Properties AS for an agreed purchase price of approximately NOK 1,076 million.
