Nordic — Logistea and KMC Properties have entered into an agreement whereby Logistea will combine with KMC Properties by acquiring all of the operations in the KMC Properties group through payment in newly issued shares.

Nordika becomes major shareholder in Norwegian KMC Properties

Norway Norway — KMC Properties has agreed with Nordika for an equity injection, enabling further growth and financing of the acquisition of seven new properties. Nordika will invest NOK 275 million (EUR 24.4 million) at a price of NOK 5.5 (EUR 0.49) per share, representing 12.7 percent of the shares outstanding in KMC.
