Frentab Fastigheter makes acquisition from KMC Properties

Sweden — Frentab Fastigheter expands its portfolio through the acquisition of two strategically located industrial properties in Arninge, Täby, from KMC Properties.

The properties comprise a total land area of 14,196 square meters and an existing building area of 4,278 square meters, with potential for further development in the form of unused building rights.

"We are acquiring these properties off-market from a Norwegian listed property company, and they offer both stable cash flows and exciting development opportunities," says Kristoffer Lidbrandt, founder and partner at Frentab Fastigheter.

"This strategic location in Arninge gives us a unique opportunity to create significant value growth through active management, leasing and utilization of the existing building rights in the area," says Joakim Hofsten, founder and partner at Frentab Fastigheter.

With this acquisition, Frentab Fastigheter strengthens its position on the real estate market in Stockholm County.

Access is expected to take place on October 13.
