Logian acquires a 25,000 sqm logistics property in Aviapolis

Logian has acquired a prime logistics and warehouse property next to the Helsinki-Vantaa airport. The building comprises approx. 25,000 sqm and is fully let with a long lease agreement to Wihuri Oy, which is a global Finland-based group specialised in industry and trade.
Keva buys property in Turku

Keva has bought a hospital and medical center to be built in Turku's Kupittae from Hartela. The project starts immediately, and Terveystalo is supposed to move to new premises during the summer of 2027.
