The building will go up in Kupitta at the address Kalevantie 5. The total area of the property is about 14,000 square meters, and it will be entirely used by Terveystalo. Most of Terveystalo's operations in Turku will move to Kupitta, including Humalistonkatu Pulssi medical center and hospital. Hartela acts as the developer and builder of the site.

"As a long-term investor, this hospital and medical center project to be built is a very suitable investment for Keva. We value long-term leases and with this project it is a pleasure to be able to implement modern offices for Terveystalo. It is great to be able to implement the project in cooperation with Hartela and Terveystalo and contribute to the development of Turku's Kupitta," says Kevan real estate investment manager Carl-Henrik Roselius.

The premises are implemented in accordance with the EU taxonomy and are built in A energy class. Part of the energy used by the property comes from the solar panel system. The goal of the project is LEED Gold level environmental certification.

The modern facilities are designed in strong cooperation with the customer to support patient work in the best possible way. Lari Mallius, CEO of Hartela Western Finland, is happy to cooperate with Keva.

"Constructing new premises for Terveystalo is an exciting project where we get to develop and build modern premises that best support customer work for our customers. Working with Keva has been close and I look forward to implementing the project together. It's great to be able to actively develop the strong growth of the Kupitta area. After this project, there is only one left in our block a significant construction site, which we are also actively working on developing," says Lari Mallius.

ARCO is the main and architect designer of the site.

Keva's assistants in the deal are Hannes Snellman as legal advisor and Ramboll Finland Oy for TDD.
