Finland — Keva has bought a hospital and medical center to be built in Turku's Kupittae from Hartela. The project starts immediately, and Terveystalo is supposed to move to new premises during the summer of 2027.

Finland — Conficap is expanding its property portfolio by acquiring two logistics properties in Herttoniemi, Helsinki. The company signed the property deal with the seller Hartela.

Finland — Lumo Kodit and Hartela have agreed on the construction of 94 new rental apartments in two buildings in Niittykumpu, Espoo.

Finland — Hemsö is acquiring two nursing homes that are under construction in the Turku region of Finland. A 12-year lease agreement has been signed with the care company Esperi Care Oy for both of the nursing homes. The investment amount is MSEK 125 (EUR 12M).

Finland — The construction of the property project for local service centre Hertsi located in Herttoniemi, Helsinki, developed by YIT and Hartela, will start in January 2018. YIT and Hartela will realise the project as a consortium with equal 50/50 shares.

Finland — Hansainvest Hanseatische Investment-GmbH has acquired an office building under construction in Helsinki for one of its special funds. The property at Ilmalantori 3 will measure around 11,600 square meters in total once completed; the purchase price is about EUR 50 million.
