The property is close to the Ilmala railway station and middle Pasila – a strongly developing area only some minutes away from the Helsinki city centre and 20 minutes away from the airport.

The new building with LEED certification is already leased for a municipal Helsinki Region Environmental Services Authority for waste management and water supply. It has also been leased on a long-term basis for the seller, Hartela, one of the largest construction companies in Finland as another key tenant, thus providing new premises for Hartelas headquarters. Hartela is a family owned, Finnish construction company founded in 1942.

“Apart from creditworthy tenants, the long-term leased modern property offers excellent infrastructure and a high quality standard,” says Nicholas Brinckmann, Managing Director of Hansainvest’s Real Assets division.

“We are very proud that Hansainvest signed this deal with Hartela” says Tapio Rantanen, Executive Vice President of Rakennusosakeyhtiö Hartela.

Roschier advised the buyer; Hartela was advised by Mrec Oy and Merilampi.
