Sweden — Klaus Hansen Vikström has worked as external Vice President and Business Development Manager for Fabege since 2019, but has now decided to fully make the transition to his own business from 1 May 2021.

Kungsgatan 9 with its almost 7,600 sqm will host everything from an open café in a street environment, to lounges, conference rooms, business service centres and separate areas for smaller companies.

Sweden — Fabege acquires property and holding in the consortium SBD from WA Fastigheter.

Sweden — Fabege sells the office property Pelaren 1 in Stockholm to KPA Pension for SEK 1.6 billion (EUR 150M).

Sweden — Fabege’s Vice President, Klaus Hansen Vikström, is leaving his post at Fabege for a consultancy role as of May 2019. This is the first step in laying the foundations for a freer role in the future and means that he will reduce his direct involvement in Fabege.

Sweden — Fabege acquires three properties close to the station in Flemingsberg from Vincero Fastigheter.

Sweden — Fabege and the TB Group have signed an agreement to jointly develop approximately 130 tenant-owner apartments at the old Råsunda Stadium, next to Solna Centrum and the metro station. Fabege already owns the so-called “Dallashuset” (the property Lagern 3), which is being converted into attractive tenant-owner apartments. The TB Group has now acquired 50 per cent of the project and the parties have agreed to run a joint venture.

Sweden — Fabege has divested the Lagern 4 property in Solna for MSEK 268 (EUR 26M) to one of Pareto's newly formed companies.

Sweden — Arenastaden is continuing to expand, and demand for hotel rooms now significantly outstrips supply, largely due to growth in Solna’s tourist and hospitality industry quadrupling since the opening of Friends Arena and Mall of Scandinavia. Fabege and Nordic Choice Hotels are now together investing in another hotel in Arenastaden to offer visitors to the district additional accommodation alternatives.

Sweden — Swedbank is collocating large parts of its functions at Grand Central Sundbyberg. The green lease relates to approximately 16,500 square meters and extends for a period of ten years.

Sweden — Fabege and SHH have signed a contract on jointly developing around 225 tenant-owner apartments on Kista Gårdsväg in Kista, north of Stockholm.

Sweden — Fabege has signed an agreement with Naturvårdsverket (the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency) on moving to Trikåfabriken in Hammarby Sjöstad, which is now being modernised and extended. The green lease contract concerns 7,700 sqm.

Sweden — Hagahuset in Solna was acquired with the aim of developing a Live-Work-Play concept building. The purchase price is EUR 18M.

Sweden — Fabege has signed an agreement to sell the Uarda 7 property, in Arenastaden, to Union Investment for EUR 121M.

Sweden — Fabege and 3 have signed a 10-year green rental agreement for office premises covering approximately 14,700 sqm in Söderstaden, Stockholm, with an annual rental value of around MSEK 39, not including supplements.

Sweden — Fabege acquires the property Sadelplatsen 1, Järva Krog. The transaction has a total price of MSEK 172.5 (€19M). The seller is an Uppsala-based consortium, with among others Olle Olsson Holding AB as partner.
