Sweden — Kvalitena has relinquished 49.9 percent of the shares in Hedvig Eleonora Holding AB, the company that owns four properties on Östermalm in Stockholm's inner city of approximately 11,000 square meters. The buyer is Tulia AB, which is owned by Balder and André Åkerlund AB.

Sweden — Oscar Properties has today signed an agreement with Kvalitena to acquire 16 properties with an underlying property value of SEK 930 million with an annual operating net amounting to approximately SEK 60 million. And yesterday it was announced that Fastpartner's Founder and CEO Sven-Olof Johansson is a new owner in Oscar.

Nordic — Kvalitena has, through the partly owned company Kvalitena Danmark AB, divested its entire holding in Admiral Capital A/S. The divestment takes place as a result of the public bid placed on the company by Castlelake through CL Denmark ApS.

Sweden — EQT Partners has, through Chicago Holding, made a public cash offer for Stendörren. Owners representing approximately 50 percent of the votes has accepted the offer of SEK 100.25 per class A and class B share.

Denmark — Swedish Kvalitena is about to take over the share majority in the Danish real estate company in crisis, Nordicom.
