The transaction applies to 16 properties in Helsingborg, Skellefteå, Skövde, Sundsvall and Umeå with several locations that together contain a lettable area of ​​approximately 100,000 square meters. The three largest tenants account for 45 percent of rental income and the agreements for these have an average term of 10.8 years. In total, the rental value amounts to approximately SEK 70 million annually and most of the leases are so-called triple net. Access is expected to take place during the third quarter of 2021.

With this acquisition, Oscar Properties has since October 2020 acquired properties with a total market value of approximately SEK 4.2 billion. These have a joint operating net amounting to SEK 253 million.

In addition, Oscar Properties has signed an agreement to acquire five properties in Skåne from Sven-Olof Johansson's company Compactor fastigheter AB. The properties have an underlying property value of a total of SEK 110 million and the transaction is financed through a non-cash issue of shares of SEK 55 million. Following the transaction, Sven-Olof Johansson, via companies, will own approximately 5 percent of Oscar Properties.
